Meet Kyley
Im Kyley! I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for 5 years. In that time I have been working weddings and working behind the chair. I work at a salon in Belgrade lakes doing color and cuts behind the chair, I also work photography shoots styling clients. When I’m not doing that I am pursuing my ultimate passion which is working weddings, creating bridal styles and avant-garde styles, teaching and educating with aiir professional. I truly love what I do and I feel really lucky to have found my passion.
Let’s get Personal
When I’m not traveling all over New England working weddings or behind the chair, I am at home being a mother, wife, and pet mom. We live in Maine in the woods and have two cats, a dog, and three boys! I stay very busy at home and Im grateful to have my family. For fun I love self care, reading, meditation, and yoga. If you love to read fantasy/romantasy we can totally be book friends :)
Proud Moments
Reflecting and sharing some of my proudest accomplishments with you. I have been nominated several times from award shows such as, beyond the ponytail awards, one shot hair awards, texture style awards, and social media beauty hair awards. I have been a finalist in all of them and have won the bridal hair category in 2022 for social media beauty hair awards. My work has been featured on behind the chair, American salon, beauty launch pad, and beyond the ponytail. My work has been featured in real Maine weddings magazine. I have also been a featured artist on beyond the ponytails website. These are huge accomplishments for me and it feels good to reflect on how far I’ve come as an artist in this time frame. I cannot wait to see where I can go from here :)
